Colson Baker (or Machine Gun Kelly) is known for his distinctive way of rappers. Baker was born in Houston in Texas on the 22nd of April, 1990 into the family of a German as well as an English Scottish family. His parents, who were each missionaries took him on many trips during his early days. His father James Colson Baker struggled with depression and joblessness while his mother Sonia Alane left them when he was nine. Baker was moved to Denver with his father and lived there for a time. Baker's poverty was the reason for bullying by kids in the area. When he was in sixth grade, he started listening to hip-hop. Colson Baker, also known as Machine Gun Kelly was born on April 22 1990 in Texas the U.S. He is known for fusing hip-hop styles that are contemporary and alternative to rock in his music compositions. Baker, who signed with Bad Boy Records in 2010, released four mixes between 2007 and 2010. With lyrics that were faster than bullet trains and a soaring voice, the Cleveland rapper saw a rapid increase in fame and recognition in the year 2011. He went from releasing self-released tapes to signing with labels. From there his career skyrocketed every album ranking among the top 10.
